HotMessLife offers both digital products and made-to-order physical products. Please review the information below before placing your order.
Digital Products
Digital products do not require shipping. Your files will be delivered electronically after purchase. No physical item will be mailed for products identified as digital downloads.
Physical Products
Our physical products are made to order. Because each item is produced after your order is placed, please allow time for both production and shipping.
Estimated shipping times and available shipping rates will be displayed at checkout based on your location and the products in your order.
Please note that delivery estimates do not include unexpected carrier delays, customs processing, weather disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.
International Orders
International shipping availability varies by destination and product. Any available shipping options and estimated costs will be shown at checkout.
International orders may experience additional transit or customs processing time. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information when placing an order.
Order Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your physical order has been fulfilled and shipped.
